⏰ More than half of our time is devoted to our children. Feeding, changing diapers,  getting homework done, taking care of sick kids, taking them to the park and the list is endless. Spending quality time with the children must not stop!

You do what your child wants you to do for a fixed amount of time.
Let’s face it!
Our children go through life being controlled by us. We control what they can do, what they wear, what they eat, where they go and so on.
During special time we hand over this control to our child and tell them
“You are the boss!”

✅This gives children the sense of power and control. When we follow their lead it makes them feel seen, heard and important. As a result of this they get deeply connected to us and we become their safe place to process their emotions.
