💪It’s a muscle, it increases and decreases in strength based on your actions.
🏋️♀️Ramadan is a training ground for strengthening this muscle.
Just like the muscles in our body get stronger by:

🍱 Healthy eating
The Taqwa muscle in your heart gets stronger by:
✅Fasting
✅Dhikr
✅Salah
Recitation of the Quran
Seeking forgiveness from Allah &
Being mindful and conscious of Allah in our day to day activities.
Just like we PREPARE our body by eliminating the bad eating habits and inactive lifestyle, in order to make room for healthier habits that build and strengthen our muscles.
Similarly, we need to prepare our hearts to strengthen the Taqwa muscle by getting rid of:
❌Malice,
❌Jealousy,
❌Grudges, &
❌Unlawful desires that consume our hearts and leave no room for the TAQWA MUSCLE TO GROW !
So before we enter this blessed month,
✨FORGIVE anyone who has wronged you,
✨Seek FORGIVENESS from Allah for all the moments of JEALOUSY AND ENVY
✨LET GO of the GRUDGES, &
Ask Allah to purify your desires!
